Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
Is Your Item Eligible?
Unopened and unused products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original shipping date.
To qualify, the product must be:
- Unopened
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of the original shipping date
Products that have been opened, worn, used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
If We Made a Mistake
If Square Body Nation sent the wrong product, size, color, or design, please contact us so we can correct the order.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label when the mistake was made by us.
The replacement will be shipped after the original product has been returned, received, and inspected.
If You Ordered the Wrong Item
If you ordered the wrong product, size, color, or design, you may still request a return or exchange as long as the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
In this case:
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Shipping for the replacement is the customer's responsibility
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- The replacement will be sent after the original item is received and inspected
HOW IT WORKS
Starting a Return or Exchange
Please contact Square Body Nation before returning any product.
Include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product being returned
- Reason for the return or exchange
- Photos of the product and packaging if the wrong item was received
Important: Do not send a product back until you have received return instructions from us. Returns sent without prior approval may delay the process.
PACK YOUR RETURN CAREFULLY
Returning Your Product
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned products. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information.
Square Body Nation is not responsible for returned products that are lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address while being shipped by the customer.
Refunds & Exchanges
After an eligible return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return was required because of a mistake made by Square Body Nation.
Shipping charges paid directly to a carrier cannot be refunded by Square Body Nation.
Exchanges
All exchanges depend on current product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Replacement products will not be shipped until the original product has been returned, received, and inspected.
