Find answers to common questions about ordering, shipping, returns, apparel, hats, custom products, and collectibles from Square Body Nation.
Ordering
Select the product, size, color, design, and quantity you want, then add it to your cart and complete checkout. Please review all selections and shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
Yes. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address entered during checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
Contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it enters production, has been packaged, or has shipped.
We cannot guarantee that separate orders can be combined. Contact us immediately after ordering, and we will let you know if the orders have already entered processing.
Some products are available in different sizes, colors, hat styles, patches, or designs. Make sure you select every required option before adding the product to your cart.
Products & Sizing
Review the sizing information provided on the product page before ordering. Measurements and fits may vary between different shirt, sweatshirt, and hat styles.
Unopened and unused products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original shipping date. If you ordered the wrong product, size, color, or design, you are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
We work to display product colors accurately, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and the material used.
No. Some products are in stock, while others are made to order. Processing information will be included on the product page when applicable.
Hats & Patches
Many of our hats are made to order. If your selected hat color is not in stock, we may need to order it before completing your hat. It can take up to 10 days for a completed made-to-order hat to ship.
A UV-printed patch uses full-color printing to create sharp lines, detailed artwork, and smooth color transitions. It is a good option for designs containing small details that may be difficult to reproduce with embroidery.
PVC patches are flexible, durable, and weather-resistant. They usually feature raised details and a dimensional rubber-like surface.
A faux leather patch provides a classic leather-look appearance with consistent color and detailing. Depending on the design, it may have a standard shape or be die-cut around the logo.
Most snapback hats are adjustable and designed to fit most adults. Please review the individual product description because fit and sizing can vary between hat styles.
Shipping
Processing times depend on the products ordered. In-stock items may ship sooner, while made-to-order products require additional production time. Made-to-order hats can take up to 10 days to ship if the selected color must be ordered.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout once the order has been prepared for shipment.
Shipping carriers do not always update tracking immediately. Allow additional time for the first scan to appear. If there is still no movement after several business days, contact us with your order number.
Contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and tracking updates are controlled by that carrier. Weather, holidays, and other carrier-related issues may cause delays.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. Products must remain unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
No. Products that have been opened, worn, used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.
Contact us with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. If we made the mistake, we will provide a prepaid return label.
A replacement will not be sent until the original product has been returned, received, and inspected.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways when the wrong product, size, color, or design was ordered. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Contact Square Body Nation before mailing anything back. Include your name, order number, product involved, reason for the request, and photos when applicable.
After an eligible return is received and inspected, the approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Diecast Collectibles
Packaging information is included in each product description. Many diecast collectibles are sold new in the manufactureru2019s original unopened packaging.
Packaging may occasionally have minor shelf wear, scuffs, bends, or other small imperfections from manufacturing, storage, or transportation. Please review the product images and description before ordering.
Many diecast products are designed as collectibles rather than toys. Review the manufactureru2019s recommended age and safety information before allowing a child to handle a collectible.
A preorder allows you to reserve an upcoming product before it is available to ship. Estimated availability dates may change because of manufacturer or distributor delays.
Custom Orders
Yes. We offer custom hat options for businesses, truck clubs, events, work crews, organizations, and individuals. Available decoration methods may include embroidery, faux leather, PVC, rubber, and UV-printed patches.
Bulk pricing may be available for custom hats and apparel. Contact us with the product type, quantity, design, and deadline for more information.
Yes. Send us the highest-quality version of your logo available. Additional artwork or file-preparation charges may apply if the supplied artwork is not ready for production.
Custom orders may require a 50% deposit before production begins. Any remaining balance and shipping charges must be paid according to the terms provided with your custom quote.
